Consumer Complaints
The MVDB consumer complaints division handles both telephone and written complaints and fields questions concerning dealers. The consumer complaints division answers hundreds of telephone calls each month. Many situations are resolved over the telephone, some are routed to other agencies and others require further investigation by a field representative. Complaints can result in a warning letter or sanctions.
