Education and Enforcement
Twelve field representatives are located throughout the Commonwealth. Their primary focus is on educating dealers on the laws and regulations, as well as to provide guidance. Their activities include:
- Periodic inspections of dealerships
- Opening and closing dealerships
- Investigating consumer complaints and other issues
Enforcing and educating individuals whom are selling or are facilitating the sale of vehicles without first being licensed.
