Transaction Recovery Fund

The Motor Vehicle Dealer Board is responsible for administering the Motor Vehicle Transaction Recovery Fund (MVTRF). Individuals who have been awarded a judgment in court related to the purchase of a motor vehicle from a licensed dealer, may seek relief from the Fund if the dealer does not follow the court’s direction.
